Custom machines & automation
We design and build highly automated machines and specialised robots — mechanics, electronics and control — and install them across the world, engineered for robustness and years of uptime.
Custom & small-series manufacturing
High-value custom and small-series manufacturing. From sheet, bar and polyamide we build factory-grade parts and complete machines — laser-welded on robots, machined on nine controlled axes, finished in Prague. From one piece, immediately.
Built with the DNA of PhotoRobot

We chase the details nobody else notices, work with a feel for the material, and push every solution a little further. Call it the Apple of the workshop floor.
An ordinary metal shop is held back by the tools on its floor. We aren't. From flat sheet we build a fully factory-grade product — crisp bends, embossings and threads formed straight into the plate. We weld it with a laser carried by a robot: minimal heat distortion, the exact path at the exact speed. We sinter production-grade polyamide parts in geometries injection moulding can't reach — and hand them over the next day. Nine controlled axes on the Mazak INTEGREX finish the most complex parts in a single clamping, with blanks cut to size on a fully automatic Kasto saw.
Behind it is the team that designs PhotoRobot's robots and installs them across the world — engineered for robustness and years of uptime. We know exactly what we're doing, and our results show it.
We just love things that are a bit better.
Capabilities
We design and build highly automated machines and specialised robots — mechanics, electronics and control — and install them across the world, engineered for robustness and years of uptime.
From flat sheet to a factory-grade part — crisp bends, embossings and threads formed straight into the plate on a fully digital TRUMPF line, validated against the bend sequence before any material is cut.
Nine controlled axes on the Mazak INTEGREX — turning, milling, drilling and tapping in a single clamping, so tolerances never accumulate. Blanks cut to size on a fully automatic Kasto saw.
A fibre laser carried by a robot — minimal heat distortion, the exact path at the exact speed, with laser pre- and post-cleaning in the same pass.
Production-grade selective laser sintering in PA12 — geometries injection moulding can't reach, finished to a surface you can ship, and in your hands the next day.
We design what we build. CAD/CAM and robot simulation feed straight into the shop floor, with AI handling the routine so the team can create.

Selected work
A trailer-mounted superstructure integrating a telescopic column with over 4 m of reach for installing AI camera systems. Drive to site, deploy, capture.
A handheld electrochemical cleaning tool — a compact, ergonomic device for removing weld discolouration and surface oxides from stainless steel.
The hardware behind PhotoRobot, redesigned for in-house automated production: FRAME V6 assembly down to 2.5 days / 1 worker, CUBE COMPACT down to 4 hours / 1 worker.
