Sheet-metal fabrication
Punching, forming and bending on a fully digital TRUMPF line — geometry is validated against the bend sequence before any material is committed.
Precision CNC machining
Five-axis turn-mill in a single fixture clamp — turning, milling, drilling and tapping without re-fixturing, so tolerances stay tight.
Robotic laser welding
Fibre-laser welding on a collaborative robot arm — clean, low-distortion welds with laser pre- and post-cleaning in the same workflow.
SLS 3D printing & finishing
Production-grade selective laser sintering in PA12, with industrial post-processing — parts finished to a surface you can ship, not just demo.
Design & engineering
We design what we build. CAD/CAM and robot simulation feed straight into the shop floor, with AI handling the routine so the team can create.
